Ladies Hiking group was stacked with power house women from family friend and all time star Valerie Pringle to CEO of the Trans Canada Trail Deborah Apps these ladies were up for a hike!<br \/>\nStarting off with a trip up <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seatoskygondola.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Sea to Sky Gondola <\/a>taking in the stunning views. We were in good hands following our trusty guide John along with Squamish council woman Karen Elliott, hiking up to take in some more spectacular views of the how sound and surrounding mountains and walking over their suspension bridge for photo opportunities. If you haven&#8217;t been up there it&#8217;s a must do!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/scontent-sea1-1.xx.fbcdn.net\/t31.0-8\/13502773_1080542591981569_9134770530274731997_o.jpg\" alt=\"The Sea to Sky Suspension Bridge\" width=\"1152\" height=\"648\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We all enjoyed a delicious VIP dinner on the deck of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seatoskygondola.com\/facilities\/food-beverage\" target=\"_blank\">Summit Eatery and Edge Bar<\/a> while leaning from local native <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/aliceguss\" target=\"_blank\">Alice Guss\u00a0<\/a> who welcomed us with songs and had all of us up dancing as wolfs, eagles and whales. A hard act to follow I was happy to share my Olympic experiences of perseverance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mercedesnicoll\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/ClNIPj1WIAAW4Z3.jpg?resize=780%2C585&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Squamish Cultural Ambassador Alice Guss and Mercedes Nicoll\" width=\"780\" height=\"585\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Saturday Morning: The Great Trail (The Trans Canada Trail)<\/h2>\n<p>Saturday morning was time to fuel up and take to the TCT sporting our new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MercedesNicollProSnowboarder\/photos\/a.1080423375326824.1073741844.158343347534836\/1081544338548061\/?type=3&amp;theater\">The Great Trail shirts<\/a>! We took in the beautiful brandywine falls following Parks and Trails Coordinator for the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District, Allison MacDonald. Taking the TCT trail north towards Whistler.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BGzUS_vrC_y\/?taken-by=andreacbarrack\">https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BGzUS_vrC_y\/?taken-by=andreacbarrack<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The TCT is 86% complete with only 3,300 kilometres to be connected! Inside this amazing piece of architecture is the massive permanent collection art from Mr Audain.
