With a large number of Olympians calling Whistler home, the ski school has had the opportunity to create its most exclusive program where guests can spend a full day out on the mountain riding with a world-class athlete. We were fortunate to ride with four-time Olympian Mercedes Nicoll, and it was an absolute blast! Mercedes grew up in Whistler and the combination of her local knowledge and her deeply personal stories about the mountain, as well as her Olympic experiences, made this one of the best parts of the whole trip.

LET ME GUIDE YOU
Whistler and Blackcomb is North America’s largest ski resort, with 200 runs, our longest run being 11km (6.8miles) long.
These mountain have been my backyard for my whole life so, if you’re solo or a group of five, we will start the day getting to know your personal skill level(s) and your interests.
Let me show you the locals’ spots or teach you your first turns, don’t be shy I’m happy to work with beginners to extreme snowboarders or skiers.
I know what it’s like to be new to a ski resort having traveled the world to compete.
This is your trip, I can’t wait to welcome you to my backyard and share my stories with you!

Our Day on Whistler Blackcomb
Whistler Blackcomb has the world’s best terrain, 200 marked runs, 37 lifts, 16 alpine bowls, and 3 glaciers, 8,171 acres of terrain. Whistler Blackcomb has some of the world’s most diverse terrain and is North America’s largest ski resort. We will spend the day exploring Whistler Blackcomb’s vast terrain, and dependent on your skill level, we could spend the day on any of these runs:
35 – Easiest
110 – More Difficult
35 – Most Difficult
20 – Expert
- Cruising both mountains using the world record-breaking PEAK 2 PEAK Gondola
- Checking out the Whistler Peak and Blackcomb’s 7th Heaven breathtaking views
- Head over to the Nintendo terrain parks
- Race down the Kokanee race course
